this sounds incredible. . .
(okay, subject heading obviously intended to be taken as sarcastic).
i was randomly surfing imdb and came across this upcoming movie with jack black and mia farrow called be kind, rewind. listen to the description:
"A man (Black) whose brain becomes magnetized unintentionally destroys every tape in his friend's video store. In order to satisfy the store's most loyal renter, an aging woman with signs of dementia, the two men set out to remake the lost films, which include Back to the Future, The Lion King, and Robocop."
okay, granted this is a michel gondry film and he has made some pretty awesome movies like the science of sleep and eternal sunshine, but OH MY DEAR LORD. i don't think i have ever read two sentences that have come out as convoluted as these two.
